Robin Sharma on “How Super Achivers Think”

Robin Sharma is one of my favorite Super Achievers and I listen to his messages often.

I wanted to share this video with you because it hits hard on the message that you really have to WORK HARD to get where you want to be in life, love and happiness.

The New Year is coming… Have you committed to a better you? A smarter you? A more successful you?

I hope the answer is yes and I would love to see those goals in the comments… 🙂

I also want to give personal thanks for Robin Sharma’s great videos!

Keep them coming Robin!

Some personal goals I’ve written down for next year is to read 52 books (one a week in 2014). Right now finishing my 40th book for 2013. I’m getting my real estate license this month (Been training with KW at least once a week for the last 6 months) and have already set a goal to have $25,000 in my emergency fund through real estate sales by the end of June 2014. My ultimate goal is to earn over $100,000 through real estate in 2015. So everything I do in 2014 will be in preparation to achieve that ultimate 2-year goal. Another goal is to be one of top producers in my market center by the end of 2014.

That’s fantastic Jay! I like the long term & short term plans you have set. If you haven’t already, I recommend figuring out some daily goals for yourself to help you track your progress. For instance you can figure out how many contacts, dials, leads generated, pre-qualifications, appointments, contracts etc. that you will need to do on a daily, weekly & monthly basis to achieve that $100,000 for 2014. Keep up the good work Jay! I hope to hear more about your progress as time goes on.
